From regional standpoints to experience on a national level, our team members have industry-wide knowledge and experience, allowing us to provide exceptional service to each client. Our refinance department has been structured and devised into sub-closing teams which allow team members to develop a personal relationship with each client. As a convenience to customers, the firm has combined the flexibility of mobile attorneys and evening/weekend closings with competitive turn time on title orders and next day scheduling for closings. With this unique concept, mobile attorneys can perform real estate transactions at the consumer’s location of choice and bring an innovative approach to customer service in the legal market.
REO (Real Estate Owned) Properties
Our REO team represents both sellers and buyers of REO properties. Our combination of experience, technology advances and strategic alliances with national title companies gives us the opportunity to provide clients with a quality title and REO settlement services. We understand that banks operate under different obligations; therefore, our REO team strives to educate clients on REO purchasing processes to ensure expectations are set in the initial inquiry. We understand that REO clients aim to liquidate properties quickly and efficiently while recognizing that timely responsiveness is key in the facilitation of an REO transaction.
Our purchase/resale department works closely with the listing and selling agents, communicating with them from the start of the process to the end. Our dedicated staff reviews the contract to confirm all items listed are complete through the real estate transaction; communicate with the lender (when applicable) to provide all requirements needed to get to the closing table; reviews the title search to ensure insurable and marketable title is conveyed and reviews the lender prepared buyer’s closing disclosure, preparation of the seller’s closing disclosure and ALTA Settlement statement.
